Here are general guidelines for dropping off your items:
You will need to sign up for a time to drop off your tagged items at the sale location. To make an appointment, simply click below and select a time that is convenient for you. Sign up for an appointment as soon as possible as the best times go fast!
You must bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope (A10 size) along with your signed Consignor Agreement and Release to your drop-off appointment. This envelope will be used to mail your final sales check to you. Please make sure to put your consignor #, (which you will receive after you register), in the upper left corner.
ALL items must be clean, complete, fully functional, and have a completed Sale Tag securely attached to them BEFORE you come to your drop-off time. (Click here if you need more information on Tagging and Preparing Items)
Clothing should be organized by size and gender. Please rubber band together the hangers for items that are all the same size and gender. For example, group all girls' size 6-9 months together and all boys' size 6-9 months separately. This will assist us when organizing items for the sale.
Drop-off will take approximately 15 minutes provided you have organized and tagged your items correctly. Allow enough time in case there is a brief wait. We plan on being very thorough and will look at your items carefully. If you have more than 300 items, please schedule 30 minutes.
Please be prepared to assemble any cribs, outside play equipment, large baby or kid’s items/toys or other large items during your drop off appointment. Shoppers are more likely to buy something if they can see it assembled.
This is NOT a garage sale, so please be conscious of the items you bring to consign. Remember, if you wouldn’t buy it, chances are someone else will not either. We will accept all brands but feature items of higher quality. We will have restrictions on the items we will accept. Please don't be offended if we return items to you during your drop off appointment or remove items from the sale that are found to be damaged.
Items may be removed for any of the following reasons: stains, tears, missing buttons, non-functional zippers, missing parts or batteries (we need to be able to demonstrate to the buyer that the item actually works). You may be asked to correct improper tagging, add more packing tape, or clean off an item in order to make the process flow more smoothly. It is recommended that you bring supplies with you should this happen.
Please bring a copy of your Inventory Items Report. This list will help ensure that all items listed are actually at the sale.
If you are planning on picking up your items that do not sell, please bring a large cardboard box or plastic tub with your consignor number on the end to be used for sorting after the sale is over.
You will be asked to help the drop off volunteer who is assisting you to place your items on the sales floor in their appropriate location after check-in.
You will receive your Consignor Pre-View Shopping Pass at your drop off appointment. This will allow you to shop early and take advantage of the many great bargains!
